Indifference Toward Mediocrity In American Churchianity | Voddie Baucham
Voddie Baucham calls out a strange phenomenon in American church culture. Somehow, we think a man who has interest in studying the Scriptures, theology, church history, etc. must go get an advanced theological degree and get a job as a preacher. If he does not do this, then he is not capable of mentoring or discipling others. Such a phenomenon exists in no other trade, so why should we accept it in reference to the most important job known to man: discipleship?
